Our location is 1540 Westfork Drive Suite 103B in Lithia Springs, Georgia. From I-20, take Exit 44 (Thornton Road) north. Turn left onto Maxham Road, then right onto Westfork Drive. Turn left onto Bosch Court, then take the first drive to the left. The will-call counter is located at the stairs, midway down the building on the left.

Most orders are available for pickup within thirty (30) minutes of receipt.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, DiscoverCard and American Express for one-time purchases. Credit applications are available on our web site or upon request to accounting@elevatorpartssupply.com for service providers desiring a Net 30 account.

The Douglas County sales tax rate of 7% is charged on all purchases unless the buyer’s Resale Certificate is already on file with Elevator Parts Supply.

We warranty all components sold for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, unless the product manufacturer offers a longer period of guarantee. The product manufacturer’s warranties vary from 30 to 90 days on their part(s) purchased for resale. These warranty periods begin at the date of purchase.
